MEP Alex Agius Saliba’s proposal ‘Right to Disconnect’ approved by the European Parliament

Last Thursday, the European Parliament approved the Maltese MEP Alex Agius Saliba’s resolution of the ‘Right of Disconnect’. Roberta Metsola nominated for European Parliament Vice-Presidency

Last Wednesday, Maltese MEP Roberta Metsola was nominated by The European People’s Party (EPP) to serve as vice-president of European Parliament. The current vice-president Mairead McGuinness became European Commissioner for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union last month leaving the position vacant.
